it seems that the fix not worked. We updated to ZCO 7.1.1.6324 yesterday and problem still exist. We are using OL 2010 64 bits version 14.0.5128.5000

Are you sure it's the exact same problem? Enable zco logging (logging and http, not verbose) and post the logs.
