MAPI32.Dll Corrupt Error

I know this has been hashed around in this forum in several locations and had I not tried all the fixes I could find I wouldn't be post but here I go anyway:

OS Windows 7 64 bit
MS Office: 2007 Version 12.0.6425.1000
ZCO Connector Version 6.0.5846.5

I have installed the ZCO connector, Installed MS Office 2007, done all the Microsoft updates for both Windows and Office, Created a Zimbra Profile in Outlook and no matter what else I try I continue to get the dreaded MAPI32.DLL corrupt error message. The same setup works fine on my XP machine that I'm migrating from so I'm not sure if this is a Windows 7 64 Bit issue or something more simple.

Any help would be great.
