Outlook 2003 Crashes with ZCS 7.0

I have a user whose Outlook 2003 crashes repeatedly during the inital sync of emails and folders.

Here are the machine specs:
Windows XP pro
Outlook 2003

Running Zimbra 7.0.0.6298
Outlook Connector: ZimbraConnectorOLK_7.0.0.6298_x86.msi
Ram: 1GB
CPU Dual Core - 2.8GHz

Outlook 2003 is up to date with patches.

The ZCTCtlLog output is located at:
http://martinfg.com/zimbra/zco-20110...K.EXE-1072.log
