Error 5 in Advanced setting dialog

I tried to enable local rules using the check box in the Advanced Settings dialog reached from the Outlook Zimbra toolbar.

When I clicked OK, I got an error message "Error 5 setting timeout value". Does anyone know what might cause that? I didn't change the existing timeout values.

Bug 49181, fixed in 7.0. See that bug for info, but you probably aren't an admin on that machine, so when it tries to write to HKLM, it fails. If the reg permissions on that hive were changed, it would work. We have changed things so we never have to write to HKLM for this, just HKCU.
