Signature for transfert ans replies

Hi

I'm currently testing before deployment ZCO7.0.0.6298 on outlook2003 SP3, with ZCS 6.0.9.

I found a problem that might be a bug.

Setting a signature on outlook for new messages is OK, and the signature is replicated on ZCS,
Setting the same signature, or another one, for replies and tranfers, the parameter is not saved in Outlook and returns to "none".

The effect is when a user replies or tranfert a message in outlook, his signature is never appended.

Is there any way to fix this, or disable signature synchronisation?

Just opened a support case on this.
Is ZCO7 aimed at running only with ZCS7?
I'm quite disappointed about that bug (if it is really), because it solves some minor bugs of ZCO6, but introduces new ones less acceptable for the basic end user.

ZCS 6 does not support Reply/Forward signatures - which is why you see the Reply/Forward signature reverting to "None".

You can disable Signature Sync as follows:

1. Outlook menu->View->Toolbars->Zimbra Support to bring up the Zimbra Support toolbar
2. Click "Advanced" button on Zimbra Support toolbar
3. In the resulting dialog box, uncheck "Sync Signatures"

ZCO7 is not supported against ZCS6

Thank you so much dcb, just what I was looking for.
I also found the related regkey in HKCU, so I can deploy this parameter to all my clients.

ZCO7 not being supported against ZCS6? What about ZCO6 against ZCS7 ?
Are we supposed to upgrade ZCS and ZCO in the same time??? How would this be possible with 1000+ Outlook clients?

Yes - ZCO6 is supported against ZCS7 i.e. ZCO has to be the same or OLDER than ZCS
