Default Outlook 2003 showing some messages as raw text

ZCS 6.0.8, ZCO 6.0.8, Outlook 2003 SP3, Windows 7.

Client reports that something like 10% of messages come in as a raw text, with email headers visible, attachments binary, etc...

Anyone has some expirience with similar problems?

I assume these are meeting requests? Probably because the Outlook MIME to MAPI converter can't convert them. Later versions of Outlook do this better.

Is there a bug request officially opened for this issue? Some of my users are encountering this problem with meeting requests and Outlook 2003. Requests are sent from ZWC. Upgrading Outlook is the only solution?
Have a nice day.

There have been various bugs for things like this. This is really a 3rd party issue, as we just use the Outlook IConverterSession. Outlook 2007 does better. I think upgrading is the way to go. Outlook 2003 is from another era.
