Default Scheduling appointments in shared calendars

We're running the latest Zimbra -- 4.0.2 with the latest Outlook connector.

As far as I can tell, shared calendars sort of work, but sort of don't in Outlook. One of the senior people here wants two secretaries to have access as Managers to his calendar.

Using the Zimbra web client, they can schedule appointments for him, delete them, move them around without problems.

Using Outlook, they can see his calendar and they can delete events from his calendar, but if they create new appointments, they are automatically marked as the one creating the appointment, so the event is marked as being organized by them and he can't edit them. They also can't edit an event without Outlook getting confused and trying to move it into their personal calendars.

Is this correct? Am I missing some setting in Outlook?

We've placed some code in the version you have to disable *full* delegate access because it wasn't completed in time. The current plan is to release delegate access in the 4.1.0 release with a slight chance that it may make it in the 4.0.3 release.
