CTRL+K Outlook shortcut

Hi folks,

When composing a new mail, i type the first letter of a contact in our GAL, and then type CTRL+K.

Normally (understand "when using Outlook with Exchange, before we migrate to Zimbra") , it should open a window with all contacts in GAL and personnal address book that contains the just typed characters.
The window that opens only show "contacts", is there any way to concatenate in that view GAL and personnal contacts?

Does changing the order in Tools->Address Book->Tools->Options do any good?
