'Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies and Zimbra ZCS, conflict?

Is their a known issue with having 'Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies' installed and zimbra ZCS at the same time?

I have caught some threads making reference to be sure that its not installed.
