You'll have to ask your client what the address of his mail server is. You should use Port 587 to submit mail to (or via) the Zimbra server and that will require you to be authenticated.

You can check the exact version of Zimbra by entering the following in the Web UI search bar and hitting enter:
Update your
forum profile with the version information from that command.
