Default Checking a Zimbra email in Outlook

I've recently started working with a new client that uses Zimbra to manage email addresses.

I'd simply like to work with this email address in Outlook so I don't have to go to separate places to check email. I cannot find instructions on setting up an account in Outlook to do this (POP3/SMTP server, settings).

I've seen information about a Zimbra Connector for Outlook, but I've never had to download/install software to simply check an email account.

When I log in to Zimbra via a browser, it says it's Zimbra Collaboration Suite, Standard Edition.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You'll have to ask your client what the address of his mail server is. You should use Port 587 to submit mail to (or via) the Zimbra server and that will require you to be authenticated.

The Outlook Connector is a Network Edition feature.

You can check the exact version of Zimbra by entering the following in the Web UI search bar and hitting enter:

Code:
$set:get version
Update your forum profile with the version information from that command.
