Default [SOLVED] Meeting invitation doesn't have Accept/Decline/Propose options

I'm using ZCO 6.0.6058.8 and same as the organizer. Every time this one particular user invites me to a meeting, the invitation doesn't have Accept/Decline/Propose options to click on. All it says is "No Response Required" and if I open the invitation at the top of the From field, it says "As the meeting organizer, you do not need to respond to the meeting". Any ideas?

Additional information:
- His calendar is shared to me but only as a "Reviewer" and vice versa.
- I'm using Windows 7 64bit and the organizer is using Windows XP 32bit
- We all are using MS Office 2007 SP2

Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks.

Turns out that if you are allowed to send on behalf of that person then you are not going to be able to see those options(Accept/Decline/Propose), because you are also the "sender".

To remove it, go to the Admin interface and under Preferences, then scroll down to "Sending Mail" and remove the email.

It sounds like this is ultimately related to bug 40032 and bug 36226. That is, Zimbra needs to sort out distinct "send on behalf" and "send as" rights, and then make those work properly with Outlook.

Bug 49815 – "allow sending mail from these addresses" allows attendee to cancel meeting is another manifestation of this issue.
