Cannot update ZCS connector to newest version

Good morning,

I've tried to update a client computer with the latest ZCS connector for outlook after the last update for our mailserver.

The computer runs on Windows 7 pro, 32-bit, and has all updates from Windows update installed.

When I try to update the ZCS connector, the installation quits halfway and states that "there was an error during installation". I used msiexec to trace the installation and create a logfile, which I have attached. Can you see what is going wrong on this computer? Currently we're using an old version of ZCS connector which works, but I want to update this computer to use the same version as we're running on our server.

Anyone got an idea about this? Somewhere in the logfile you can see that the installation goes wrong, but I cant figure out what causes the problem. I've also tried to install the ZCS outlook connector as the local administrator, but the result is the same. BTW the useraccount I use when installing the connector has administrative rights.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling?
