sync was not completed

dear all

I have ZCS sever version 6.0.8_GA_2678 Patch 2 (2010-09-20) ,to archive mail for 1 user I installed office 2007 service pack 2 and configured outlook 2007 to sync with the ZCS server ,unfortunately the sync was not completed successfully it displays this message "6 0f 7 tasks have been completed"
as the sync was not completed there in one folder that contains headers of messages not the whole message as a result I can't archive these messages
please advise

Enable ZCO logging (logging and HTTP, not verbose), try again, and send the logs. Are you running with Download headers only?
