one of my users lost for the second time the sync of outlook (2003) with zimbra (6.04).
It already happens 3 or 4 months ago. Neither this time nor the previous one, suppressing the idm file correct the pb.
We finally did a full re-install of outlook + ZCO which made the synchro working again...
This time however I have some log of the exact day (7jan2011) when the pb happens.
BTW: I also had exactly the same bug for 2 or 3 other users (which required a full re-install of outlook 2003 or 2007 and ZCO 6.04)
The sync lost is really very annoying... it would really be valuable to get a solution for this problem (other than re-install outlook)
