    Default Zimbra Network Edition 6.0.10 with Outlook connector always fail

    please help about zimbra network edition v 6.0.10 the outlook connector doesn't work.

    i already tried find in the forum but with 0 result

    i believe the license is valid

    when i tried open outlook (Capture-Zimbra-lic.PNG) -> attach file
    i already download from my local zimbra mail (ZimbraOlkConnector-6.0.9_GA_2755_6.0.6089.9)

    we only used 485 user account

    and still cant work with outlook... please help

    Well, this is the message we give when we think the license is invalid. ZCO gets that info from the Zimbra server. So something is wrong with this license.

    One thing I see is that the license is for 500 mailboxes but there are 535 accounts in use (or at least Zimbra thinks there are 535 accounts in use from the License Details screenshot).

    A while back there was bug that Zimbra didn't correctly decrement the number of accounts in use after deleting a mailbox -- until Zimbra was restarted.

    Might not be a bad idea to try a zmcontrol stop; zmcontrol start; zmcontrol status and then see what Zimbra thinks your license usage is.
