should the registry key be under HKLM or HKCU or both ? I currently am using both just in case

That's your problem. We're only checking against the application name, so the path will make the strings unequal, and we'll sync.

OK so if i only specify in HKCU the A4wcontainerxp.exe and not the full file name path, i get the following:

However the program still outputs an error saying print engine not opened. the email actually does get sent , but also leaves a copy in the outbox so no more mail will then go out

I see some HTTP 12150 errors after the submit. Can you send mail with other apps, like adobe? I'd like to see if it's ACCPAC or a generic problem with us

I will try and send some stuff from excel or another app and see what happens.
on another note, this error seems only to occur on windows xp machines.
I have it installed also on a terminal server which is 2008 R2 x 64
and the outlook connector in use is also a different version.
It's 605902.6. Am i able to get this version from somewhere and install it to test is it is any different?
The version on the xp machnes i the latest from server version 6.09

Sorry for brining back an old thread but I am looking for a resolution to this problem

Im running Release 7.1.2_GA_3268.RHEL5_20110804120420 CentOS5 NETWORK edition.

The user opens an access database and clicks send as email then it opens in outlook and you fill the details in and click send, then it sends but access has a paddy and asks to restart to recover work...

Any ideas?
