Old emails not syncing

I have a user who's Outlook 2003 is not syncing properly. I have reinstalled the Outlook Connector (ZCS 6.0.5) using the option to remove profile. I also manually rename the zdb file to make sure it recreates the file. It seems to sync fine without errors but it is failing to sync contacts and old emails (but it puts the folders in). I have also reindexed the account and it appears to complete fine.

Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong or how I can repair?

If you set ZCO logging on (just logging and http logging) we could probably tell what is going on.
