Wrong/obsolete Email Addresses in Outlook 2003

One of my users complains about wrong/obsolete email addresses in the auto completition, though they are not listed in the addressbook. Very annoing, because the user recognises it when the mail could be delivered.
Deleting the address with the delete key only works temporary. Following internet instructions to delete the <user>.nk2 file in the useres profile did not succeed as well. The Zimbra GUI works correct.

Any hints?

I would think deleting the nickname file (nk2) would work. What happened when you did that?
