Default Zimbra Outlook sync - URGENT pls

Hi there,

we have big problem at one of our clients, 3 of 15 accounts are not syncing every mail we´ve migrated from exchange to our zimbra server.
At the end of the sync, the connector says "syncing successfull" but there are missing mails and new mails don´t show up anymore.

Using outlook connector 6.05 or 6.08 (doesn´t matter) on Outlook 2007.

What is that mean:

Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

If this is an 'urgent' problem I'd suggest your best course of action would be to contact support [at] zimbra [dot] com

You can try deleting the .idm file, but that usually doesn't help. Did you try to create a new profile and initial sync again?
