Default [SOLVED] Free/Busy Does Not Work for Particular User

Within outlook 2007 the free/busy scheduling area, I have one particular user whose free/busy information does not appear. The other 35+ people's schedules all appear.

I checked in the user's Outlook as well as the ZImbra webmail interface for some setting that could be blocking it and found nothing.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks!

Default Additional Information

When you access:

The calendar comes up blank whereas every other user is filled with free/busy data.

The users calendar information is found on the server.

Please help troubleshoot.

Thanks!

Examine the user's account in ZWC. Right-click on their main Calendar (and any other calendars), select "Edit Properties", and see if the box next to "Exclude this calendar when reporting free/busy times" is checked.
