Default Uninstalling Zimbra - Cannot use Outlook 2007 after.

Good day all, I'm new to the forums.

This is the error message I get:

|| Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured ||

I have now changed employers, and my old Zimbra profile does not work, hence I uninstall-ed it from my personal laptop. However, I cannot use Outlook (MS Office 2007) with the above error message always popping up.

Outlook contains all my personal emails, contacts, as well as events.

My PC runs Windows Vista Business Ultimate; MS Office 2007

Would I need to provide more information?

I tried searching the net and the forums for this, but can't really seem to find a solution in restoring my Outlook WITHOUT Zimbra.

Did you actually uninstall the connector or just remove the profile? I'd suggest you make a copy of your PST file the try a repair of your Outlook installation. You could also try these suggestions: +"MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL" - Yahoo! Search Results

Hi there Bill,

I believe I uninstalled Zimbra before cancelling my profile. Unfortunately, I do not have the install file again, as it was given by my former company's network admin - (installed directly from corporate directory, if I recall correctly).

How do I go back in and delete my profile? It seems I have to reinstall my Zimbra from scratch.

I do remember after installing Zimbra, I had to input my corporate passwords etc. otherwise I would still be locked out of Outlook. I may have remembered wrongly.

Please advise, thank you kindly!
