There isn't one yet, check the bug report and the targeted release in the Product Portal.

The bug report says SOLVED, so does that mean there is a download somewhere?

No, it won't be available until it's been through QA and you can also look in the Product Portal for the targeted release.

I get the same error when i try to install the outlook connector on Win 7 - 64bit with outlook 2010 (error : outlook isn't installed on your computer)

It seems that the bug 43024 or 43685 is fixed on 6.0.5, i am running the latest ZCS NE 6.0.8 and still have the same problem

When it will be available a fix for that ?

As I mentioned above, you can check the Product Portal for details of the targeted release for the fix to 43685.

From what i can understand there will be a fix of this bug in the Next release 7.0 (Helix) in December. In the meantime is something forseen for 6.0 (GunsNRoses) release ?

It's not likely as the fix is targeted for 7.x.
