[SOLVED] Outlook 2007 Not Running Outlook-based Rules

Using Outlook 2007 SP2 with Zimbra Outlook Connector 5.0.3300.23.

One of my users set-up up Outlook Rules (not Zimbra rules), but they do not run when mail comes into his Inbox (when he has Outlook opened.)

Saw a post about an old bug (40456) where:
"If you want local Outlook rules to run, the registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\EnableLocalRules must be set to 1."

However, our version of the Outlook Connector does not have this registry key.

If we run the Rules manually they perform properly.

Are other people having this issue? Is there a workaround or another approach to resolve this?

Create the Registry key and try again.
