Hi,

We're noticing the same thing, but for incoming e-mails.

Mails are sent as:
Content-Type: text/html; charset = "utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

But in Outlook they are as:
Content-Type: text/html;charset="utf-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

These HTML mails are shown OK in the webmail, but Outlook completely scrambles the layout due ot the transfer-encoding.

Looking forward to other experiences and possible fixes.

Does anyone else experience this?
