Approach to sync read Mails from Zimbra to Outlook

Hallo Community,

one of our users have problems syncing read mails into his outlook.
We're using Zimbra Network Edition 6.0.4 and the appropriate Outlook Connector (6.0.4)

I have seen, that a newly created Account doesn't sync read mails and old appointments.
If read mails are marked as unread, these mails appear in outlook after synchro.
This way is very time consuming if more than 400 Mails have to be synced.

Is there an other way to sync all existing mails and old appointments with outlook?

All email should be synced, read or unread. Does this happen for everyone, or just this one user?

Enable ZCO logging (just logging and http logging, not verbose), do a run, and post the log.

This happens only for the mentioned user.
The user will be in office by friday.

As soon as i have the log i will send it to you if thats ok
