Default [SOLVED] ZCO upgrade broke message sort rules?

Good morning!

I've tried to see if anyone else had this trouble, and my search was inconclusive. I've got a Dell Laptop running Outlook 2007 that previously was running the ZCO version 5.0.16 and I recently upgraded it to 5.0.23. However, any time I've used Outlook afterwards, any and all of the rules I normally use on incoming messages have quit working, and my messages aren't being sorted. For example, Mac related messages aren't going into their appropriate folder, and so on. What can I do to restore this? Should I re-create all of the messages? If I apply them to the Inbox "after the fact" they still work. Or should I try uninstalling and reinstalling the ZCO?

Thanks!

Are these Outlook rules (Tools->Rules and Alerts) or Zimbra server rules (Tools->Zimbra Server Ruels)? If they're local Outlook rules, check the registry at:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\EnableLocalRule s

If it's not there add it (DWORD value), and set it to a value greater than 0. If it is there, make sure it's greater than 1

We made some changes in that area around that time.

Typo in last post. Should be:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\EnableLocalRule s

They are indeed local rules. I tried the regedit hack, I'm just waiting for the mailing lists I'm on to send me a bunch of messages.
