If there was an attachment along with the local failure message, please post it. Also, the ZCO log files would have information about the failure.

There are 31 files. It's attached below. Where can I find ZCO log files?

I don't see a lot wrong in the attached files. So I'll need to see the ZCO log files. Were you able to download any shared contacts, or did these 15 contacts account for all of the ones in the shared folder? Maybe there are some bad characters in there. The File As looks a little weird, but shouldn't cause anything. So I'm wondering if these 15 are special or not. If we can't tell, perhaps you should save a few of these as .msg files and I could try them here.

Yes, lots of shared contacts are downloaded. I've tried to find some bad characters, but there are too much contacts. Please see attached file.

Thank you!

I see the local failure being created, but even with all the verbose logging, I don't see why. This leads me to believe that there is some exception that is happening, and we just throw it somewhere, and that results in a local failure.

One thing that could help me would be if you could save a couple of contacts that fail, and a couple of contacts that don't fail. You could save them as .msg files, and send them to me. [If you want, for privacy, you can change the names, and also PM me, if you don't want to post these.] Then I can try them here and see if I can duplicate your problem.

Thanks

Hello fsiegel,

I don’t know which contact is right or wrong (there are too much). In my opinion there is only one contact that is causing this problem and I will find it . I would like to thank you very much and I will try to solve this later.

Felipe

ok. you can tell which contacts are wrong from those .xml files you sent -- you can just look for "fullName" in the .xml. Each one of those has a bad contact. If you want, just send me one or 2 of the bad ones.
