[SOLVED] Connecting to other users mailbox, ERROR - could not find the primary store

Hi,

I am trying to connect to another users mailbox but the sync keeps failing. My set up is as follows:

Window 7 Ultimate N 64bit
Outlook 2007 SP2
Zimbra Client: 6.0.5902.6
Zimbra Server: 6.0.6_GA_2324.UBUNTU8_64

All other users in the environment using Win 7 32 bit are able to connect to the shared mailbox and do not encounter any difficulties.

The share did originally work but then I deleted the folder from within Outlook. A week later I attempted to reconnect by going to File>Open>Other User's Mailbox but the account will not sync. The Zimbra send and receive process continually shows the progress as failed.

I turned on logging and below is a piece of the output I believe to be relevant however I have been unable to find anything about how to fix this:

I have no idea how to continue from this point in order to make this shared account work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is definitely a bad error. Is it possible for you to recreate your primary profile and try again?

I deleted the connector and profile from my computer, removed all zdb files then put the account into maintenance and reindexed it. Reloaded the connector and then downloaded all the mail etc for the primary account. When this was complete I added the other users mailbox and all is working fine now.
