outlook 2010 only syncs initialy

Hi,

I am testing the outlook connector with 2010 and 6.0.7.

Everything works fine except syncronization after the initial sync.

Any idea?

Enable ZCO logging (just logging and http, not verbose), and do a sync. Then send the log file.

Actually, I don't want the Search Protocol Host one, just the Outlook one. It would have OUTLOOK.EXE in the name. Did you use Send Log to Zimbra? That can be a hassle. If it's not too big (and you don't have privacy concerns), can you post it here? Otherwise, you can send it in a private message.

I'm with the same problem here. People are working under Windows 7 and Outlook 2007. Messages are synced only when we start Outlook.

I looked at friedmar's logs, and he had a problem with the .idm file. You would have to enable ZCO logging to see what's going on.

One thing to try (if it's not too much of a pain) is just to create a new Outlook profile, initial sync, and then delta sync and see if it works.
