Default Painfully slow?

Client: 6.0.5981.7 (Outlook 2007)
Server: 6.0.7_GA_2473.RHEL5_64

Shared contacts and calendar are syncing, but at a snail's pace.
Anyone else experiencing this?

In my rollout, it was slow but that was because we have a slow network. VPN users did not fare so well. When you say slow, in what order of magnitude? This information will be helpful.

It took about 10 - 15 minutes to transfer 3 MB worth of contacts and calendars.

Interesting. I'm running NOD32, so that could explain the slowness. I'll have to try some testing with NOD32 disabled.

Thanks

In addition to performance issues, NOD32 was one of the ones that can mess up and even stop our sync thread.

Nice post. 10 to 15 minutes a rather too long. Well, in cases like this, I try process of elimination. It will be interesting to see what Event Viewer has in it's logs.

Is this a NOD32 issue or a Zimbra Connector issue? I'm not sure who I should blame here...
