I am running windows 7 64bit with outlook 2010 64bit and I am having trouble setting up Zimbra in outlook. When I install the connector I get the message "the 64-bit version of outlook is not supported please install the 32-bit version" is the 64bit version of outlook really not supported? is there a work-around?
I had Office 2007 32 bit and i upgraded to 2010 64bit. I am unable to uninstall the connector and just use the POP or some other method until you get around to the 64bit connector. Is there any detailed description of how to manually uninstall the connector so that office will reset and I can at least run outlook (right now it won't open b/c of the connector error).

It can be manually uninstalled, but it's tricky. You have to go into regedit, and get rid of everything manually. Sometimes you get rid of just values, other times keys. If you want, you can PM me and I can try and help you.
fsiegel, I can't uninstall ZCO 6.0.5817.4 -- uninstall gets interrupted. So, it appears that I need the manual instructions for how to uinstall ZCO. Can you post them to the Wiki or something for all of us?
I am unable to uninstall the outlook connector also. It saya that it has been interrupted.
If i try to uninstall from control pannel, I get fatal error.
How do we manually remove it?
The connector version i am trying to remove or upgrade is 6.02.
I need to get ZimbraOlkConnector-6.0.7_GA_2470_6.0.5981.7.msi on the pc's to work properly with outlook 2010 32bit.
PLEASE HELP!
especially my post at 8/17/10 at 10:06 AM. Since you've already tried to uninstall, skip that step. Just be careful deleting entries from the registry.
