customizing outlook connector

Is there a way to customize the outlook connector so I can set the user email address using the script customization tool? Our account names are such that I can user memory variables as follows:

%username%@domainname

This would streamline the install of the connector tremendously, but I don't see an option for that in the section of the admin guide that talks bout customing the MSI file.

Any suggestions?

We don't customize that. We default the email address to the USERNAME windows environment variable.
