Outlook 2010 32bit - where is Persona?

Some customers are running the ZCO connector 6.0.7.1 with Outlook 2010.
Where is the "Persona" settings dialog? They can not find it...

Have you looked under Tools/Options/Personas?

No, it's not there! I found it under file -- add-Ins -- configure add-ins.
Why won't it display in the correct location? This should have been fixed by now...
