multiable zimbra mail accounts via outlook 2007

we have secretary's which need to have an access to 3 zimbra mail accounts in out look to view there manager & staff mail
when i tried to add new account after her adding her own email
i recived a messge saying cant add more then zimbra account

any one have any hints how to add multi accounts via zimbra connector in outlook

You share a folder with the secretary not add an additional account, I'd suggest you read the Admin Guide for details.

what about users who share computers? We have several users who use the same computer.
