I've noticed today that the Junk-Mail option in Outlook is not working. I have a few senders on my "Blocked Senders List" and email is not being moved to the Junk Email folder. Any ideas if its supported and working?

Nope, not working yet, see Bug 33011 – Outlook blocked sender list does not work when using Zimbra connector
When you choose the option, it does move the mail to the Junk folder, which trains SpamAssassin. However for now, if you want to block a sender, you need to do it via the web client, in preferences.
