Sync of shared calendar failure

Hello,
I recently updated to 5.0.23 from 4.5.11 (yeah I know, but I am up there now) and updated the connector on all of the computers. I am using Outlook 2007. Most users sync the shared calendar fine, but several of them keep receiving Syncronization - Failed in the send/receive status with no other info. I tried recreating the profile with a different name and got the same thing.

When I turn on ZCO Logging and look at the log file it says it is related to the Shared Calendar. I have attached a section of the log file that shows the sync of the Calendar. I noticed a bug (42970), but that was for 6.0.4. Is the problem related or do I have another issue?

42970 does mention version 5. If I'm reading it correctly the bug was seen in 5.0.20. Though I don't know why it is listed as fixed. I couldn't find mention of this bug in any of the patches. I searched 5.0.20 on up.

We have a few users that are getting this now on Outlook after upgrading to 5.0.23

42970 was fixed in 5.0.24 and 6.0.6
