| | | Catalog checkpoint error? I'm attempting to do tech support from one of our clients that's using our Zimbra email with Outlook 2007 (12.0.6514.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000). She is getting the following error: Quote:
Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6514.5000, time stamp 0x4a89dc70, faulting module OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6514.5000, time stamp 0x4a89dc70, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x002d5360, process id 0x58c, application start time 0x01caf74fd0f9c6bc.
The store C:\Users\ploonie\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Z imbra(Patty Loonie).zdb has detected a catalog checkpoint.
| Is this something that anyone has run into before? Is this an error that we would fix server side or something corrupted with Outlook. I'm pretty stuck, so any input at this time would be great. |

| | I've never seen this. If there is a dump file in %TEMP%\zco-cores, please post it (if it's not huge) |

Unfortunately it's not someone on our internal network so I can't just remote into their computer. |

| | | I got onto her computer and I zipped all the dump files for you. The newest one is from 5/27. Apparently it happens every morning when she loads Outlook. I've asked her to screenshot that and email it to me, perhaps that will help as well.
She's running Win Vista, I can get more information on her system if needed. |

| | Every crash dump has the same call stack. The tops calls:
OUTLOOK!GetFBPublishingInterval+0x3c3fc
OUTLOOK!GetFBPublishingInterval+0x3c5b4
OUTLOOK!FDisplayBucketedString+0x857f8
Looks like something to do with FreeBusy publishing. There is no documentation that I can see about this call.
The publishing interval is set in Outlook from Tools, Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options.
We did have some bugs around Free/Busy around 6.0.2-6.0.4, but I don't think it has to do with this.
What ZCO version is being used here?
BTW, I just noticed you are using Outlook 2007 SP1. You must have an old version, because we require SP2. You need to upgrade to that immediately.
12.0.6514.5000 seems right, though. |

| | | We're using ZimbraOlkConnector-6.0.5_GA_2213_6.0.5846.5
I've asked them to upgrade to SP2, waiting on a response. |
