can this be the reason and what are the possible solutions

Yes, they would be the reason you've been blocked. You need to read the guidlines in the links in those error messages. You also need to see if you're on any RBL lists (search the internet for RBL test sites) and get yourself removed from them. You also need to stop the spam that's apparently emanating from your IP address and find out why it's happening and who (or what) is sending it. Search the forums for further information on this type of problem. Basically, to the outside world you are (or appear to be) a spammer.
