Outlook Personal Distribution Lists are not forwarding properly

We are unable to forward Outlook Personal Distribution Lists via email. It looks like Outlook sends it correctly but when it gets to the ZCS it converts the PDL attachment into an email message instead of forwarding as a Outlook Formatted Personal Distribution List. Is this a bug? I did not see a bug related to this on the product portal page for 6.0 (GunsNRoses).

We upgraded to Outlook ZCS 6.0.6 Network Edition recently from 6.0.5. It is running on Ubuntu Server 64-bit. All of the users have upgraded to the new ZOC 6.0.5902.6.

We just had a similar problem with Outlook 2003

The user created an email:

1. Open pdf document > File menu > Attach to email
2. A new email window opens for the email (note that the main Outlook window is unusable)
3. Pick the Outlook Personal Distribution List
4. Send email
5. Get a bounce back

Error Text: Invalid address: <"DISTRIBUTION LIST NAME HERE">.  com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailSender$SafeSendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; chained exception is:

OR

1. Right click on pdf file > Send To > Mail Recipient
2. A new email window opens for the email (note that the main Outlook window is unusable)
3. Pick the Outlook Personal Distribution List
4. Send email
5. Get a bounce back same as above

The Solution:
You need to create the email from within Outlook.

1. Start email
2. Attach file
3. Pick the Outlook Personal Distribution List
4. Send email
5. $Profit$

I'm not sure what is going on with the first two methods of creating an email but the email window is not a normal Outlook window.
