manager can't see shared calendar details

Oh, yeah, I keep forgetting to mention: the boss uses a Mac (10.6.2 currently, not sure what it was when the problem surfaced, but no earlier than 10.5.8), with iCal and CalDAV configured through Zimbra iSync preference panel.

And another note: sometimes, immediately after launching Outlook, the first event I double-click on does open. Upon closing the event and trying to reopen it, I get the error.

Was anything ever found to resolve this? I've got a user who sees this using ZCO 7.1.5 (running ZCS 7.2.1).
