If it were me, I'd run the Office Repair Tool and then try to install the 6.0.6 ZCO again.
If that doesn't work, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Office, patching it to current levels, and then running the 6.0.6 ZCO again.
We've worked with Zimbra support a few times with several clients on ZCO issues, and they are very difficult to nail down. We've found that if we can start with a clean Office installation, then everything works OK.
