Default [SOLVED] Installing the connector - error

Hi guys,

on a client computer, i'll get the message "The installer was interrupted before ZCS Connector for Outlook could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again. Click "Close" to exit", when i try to install the connector (v6) for an OUtlook 2003 SP3.

- I've reinstalled Office 2003.
- Deleted every entry in the registry about Zimbra
- and several other tests without getting to a solution.

Here is the LogFile of the MSI installation. Does someone has an idea pls?

best regards,

Blizzzard

I'm seeing: CA LOG: Failed to read the Path variable, error = 13

Perhaps you don't have a PATH variable, or if you do, C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1036 isn't in there?

hi fsiegel,

thx for your answer

yesterday i've already checked the msmapi folder (common files) and found nothing but one folder only with Microsoft mapi files in it, no zimbra/ZCO or files at all (ZCOLogCtl, etc).
I don't remember the exact number of the folder (1036?), but it didn't seem that there where any zimbra connector installed in it.

Is this existing microsoft mapi folder important? or else i will try to delete it??

best regards
