Outlook 2007 sp2, mailbox sharing

Specs:
Office 2007 SP2 with outlook conector.

File>open>mailbox of another user

i cant see users list anymore
i try to reinstall office, conector and profile.....
and clean all registry options and nothing fixes it

my connector version are ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.16_GA_2921_5.0.2988.16.msi

5.0.16 is pretty old. In Outlook, did you try Tools, Send Receive, Global Address List, Update Global Address List?

I did it and nothing happens
no updating gal box show up

what is the latest stable version of connector...

What version of Zimbra is the server running ?

i dont know, i'm an partner of Home and provides all email service.
the email.com.br suport are so weak

this problem only in some computers.... i think the GAL stops work

in my computer works fine, i have 20 workstations and only 4 shows the problem, every computer had the same configuration and same program versions

When you do Tools, Send Receive, Global Address List, Update Global Address List, you won't see any dialog unless you have the Tools, Send Receive, Send Receive Settings, Zimbra Show Progress, Don't Show this Dialog Box During Send/Receive unchecked. But if you Tools, Address Book, and select Global Address List, you can see if it's being populated.

The latest 5.0.x based version of the connector is 5.0.23. The latest 6 based version is 6.0.6. You would need to be running a 6 based ZCS to use the version 6 Outlook connector.
