Default Outlook not syncing to server..

We recently upgraded to Zimbra 6.05. We have at least two users that are experiencing the following problem.

Mail is delivered from the server to outlook and everything works as expected. Any changes to mail on the server are reflected in Outlook, like status changes etc.

Any changes in outlook, status changes, moving mail between folders, deleting mail etc, are not synced up to the server. I captured a log during a failed sync and have attached it.

I have a couple big engagements that have been referred from these clients, and I want to pitch hosting their mail as well, so I really need this to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More information: When I hit send/receive the progress jumps 4% at a time until it hits 20% and then I get a failure notice. I bumped the timeout duration up to 900000 (according to an earlier thread), but that had no effect. It shows "Network Connection Failure" below the progress pane.

Is it possible you are trying to upload an attachment larger than your server allows? The default is 10MB. You need to change that in the admin console in global settings in the General Information and MTA tabs.
