Default Problems with sending attachments

One of our users is experiencing problems with sending .pdf and .zip files.

He is using Office 2003 with the lastest zimbra connector ( 6.0.5846.5 ) and server version ( 6.0.6 ) .
The problems is that when he tries to send an attachment ( .pdf and .zip files ) Mails with attachments is put in the Sendt folder in the users Outlook but is not synced with the server ( not visible in the webmail ).

After two to five seconds he receives an mail from "System Administrator" with the following message:

Fra: System Administrator
Sendt: 7. april 2010 09:43
Emne: Undeliverable: VS: *removed*

Error: This message could not be sent.

Subject: VS: *removed*

To: my email

Note: Error processing the message. Please recreate and resend the message.

I have tried to make a new profile, reinstalled the connector and reparied Outlook but with no luck. The problem is still occurring.

If I enable log debugging in the connector i get the following errors around where the attachment is tried sendt.

07-04-2010 10:46:05.712 [2720]: PR_ATTACH_ADDITIONAL_INFO PT_ERROR MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

07-04-2010 10:46:05.712 [2720]: UNKNOWN (6909) PT_ERROR MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Default

Sorry about the version number. We are running 6.0.5 and not 6.0.6 as I mentioned.
