It could be a bad email, but the latest logs don't really show anything, except an inability to shut down correctly. A bad email would show up in the logs. If the email is on Outlook, it would show up where we would stop after processing a certain change record. If it's on the server, it would show up in the download.
If you can get a ZCO log where this happens, please send it. I assume this shows up when you are syncing from Outlook to the server? |
