ZCO Failing to sync tasks

Has anyone seen a problem where the connector is giving server failures when trying to sync tasks?

I have a user that is having trouble getting his outlook tasks to sync correctly.

The only error I see is :

How are these tasks created? On the web client? On Outlook? This could be a server issue. We have a bug on this, 38134, that we had trouble reproducing.

These tasks are created in outlook not the web client.

Maybe there is some Outlook addin on your machine that we don't like. What addins do you have?
