I'd need a ZCO log file. Maybe there is a change record or something that is looping.

    Default Attached Log Files

Here are the log files for the user, not sure which one you need.

There are around 10 of these search protocol host logs. More then I could attach. Maybe the users indexing is causing this congestion? Please let me know, thanks.

The log files look ok. I don't care about the search protocol logs. I notice you are using ZCO 6.0.3 -- kind of old. I can't tell from the log files, since this is only one sync, but I'm wondering if you have a lot of delegate stores mounted, and if this could be accounting for all the network traffic. Do you do syncs every few seconds? There was a bug, 45670, that was fixed in 6.0.6 that addresses this.
