Multiple accounts, how to make them both show up under the inbox?

I have outlook 2007 with the Connector. One account uses the connector, while an entire different account uses imap, but for some reason under Favorite folders it does not merge both accounts into that inbox and uses entirely different inbox's. I thought this inbox was designed to merge them all together, so you can have one area to look at all your mail. I am not sure if it outlook or zimbra 6.0.4 connector, but it use to work fine like this before I had to reinstall windows.
