    Default Outlook not syncing mail

    I have several users using outlook 2007 sp2 and ZCO 6.04. Various Operating systems.
    The issue some of them are experiencing is that outlook is not automatically downloading the mail off the server.
    Even if you set your auto send/receive to say 5 minutes. They are having to completely close and re-open outlook to get the mail to come down.

    Any thoughts?

    Does it work if they do it manually (F9)? You can enable ZCO logging and post a log. Try to keep the log as small as possible.

    No it does not com down if they use F9 or pressing send/recieve

    Unhappy Exact same problem

    We have the exact same problem with 2 of our users. One of them is on Windows XP and the other got a brand new Windows 7 laptop. They both are on 5.0.21 client. Weird!
